Kyle Boardman is from Middleburg, VA. As well as Associate Artistic Director, Kyle also acts as Director of Development and Company Music Director. Kyle is currently attending Shenandoah Conservatory for Music Therapy, and plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Arts Administration.
Kyle has had the unique opportunity to work under Tom Sweitzer and Kim Tapper, Executive Directors of A Place to Be, a creative arts non-profit located in Middleburg, VA. Kyle worked as a Music Therapy Assistant and Lead Mentor, and eventually became

Music Director for all musical productions. Through his work, he fell in love with the field of Music Therapy.
Kyle has many years of performance background and some of his favorite roles include, The Cat in the Hat in “Seussical”, Snoopy in “You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown”, and Seymour in “Little Shop of Horrors.” Kyle's credits also include, Workshop Actor for The Kennedy Center, and Stagedoor Manor.
Kyle has worked as a Music Director in the area for Main Street Theatre Company, and A Place to Be.
Kyle is also an avid composer and has written multiple children’s musicals. Three of his musicals have been produced and performed by A Place to Be, in Middleburg, Virginia.
Kyle also plays several instruments including piano, drums, guitar and saxophone
